Description

This role-play may be done sequentially or asynchronously (e.g. online), with the entrepreneur negotiating with the freelancer and intern a maximum of three times each. It provides negotiating practice for people recruiting for start-ups, for freelancers, and for interns seeking work.

Note: This role-play can be adapted to two people, so that there are two unrelated negotiations between the entrepreneur and freelancer, and entrepreneur and intern.  In that case it will take approx 45 minutes to complete rather than 1–2 hours.
